Allegiant Announces CFO Departure
Allegiant Travel Company , today announced the resignation of Linda A. Marvin as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). It is expected Marvin will continue to serve as the Company's CFO through Sept. 30 and will work with the Company through Dec. 31 in a transitional capacity.

"Linda and I have been associated in a number of business ventures since the late 1980's," Allegiant's President and Chief Executive Officer, Maurice J. Gallagher, commented. "Having Linda available in the early stages of Allegiant's growth was a key reason I was willing and interested in pursuing a new direction for the Company in the fall of 2001," continued Gallagher. "During these past six years, the Company will have grown from a $5M annual revenue base to over $300M (by the end of this year) on Linda's watch.

She has been critical in our recently achieving industry-leading profit margins. Though she will be greatly missed, she leaves us in excellent financial and operational shape with a balance sheet and staff second to none. I know I echo the sentiments of our entire organization in thanking Linda for her efforts on our behalf while wishing her only the best as she spends more time with her family," concluded Gallagher.
