'I Love New York' offers travel discounts
New York state has signed three corporate partners to offer travel discounts via air, rail and auto as part of an effort to revitalize the "I Love New York" campaign.

The tourism promotion, now in its 30th year, is putting emphasis on getting residents in the Toronto and New York City areas to visit Upstate New York.

The governor's office said Wednesday that JetBlue Airways will offer $30 fares on certain days for travel between Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse and the airline's JFK Airport hub. Amtrak will give 20 percent rail discounts from all its destinations statewide and as far north as Montreal via a special code. Zipcar, a car-sharing service, is offering members $30 worth of free driving through Oct. 31 and is wrapping 10 of its automobiles in the "I Love New York" logo.
