Perdue promotes GA tourism in Tifton
Tifton -- Movers and shakers in Georgia's tourism industry were in Tifton this week. "It's an educational program for all of us to learn about the best practices," said Charlie Gatlin.

All of them getting up to speed on the new trends in tourism. "We're understanding that 70 percent of people make there travel plans over the internet. So web sites are becoming more and more important," said Gatlin.

A topic Governor Sonny Perdue feels strongly about. "I am a native of Georgia. I'm very proud of my state. In a campaign, you become very aware of so many things out there that so many people don't see," said Governor Perdue.
