State unveils new slogan:'Sweet Home Alabama'
Governor Riley and the Alabama Bureau of Tourism & Travel are hoping the words "Sweet Home Alabama" will bring more to peoples’ minds than Lynyrd Skynyrd.

Governor Riley announced last week at the state tourism conference that the state will feature the phrase in their new $4.5 million marketing campaign.

John Wild, president of the Auburn-Opelika Convention & Visitors Bureau, was at the conference and is very excited about the announcement.
