Virtual travel on Second Life
Our tour started exotically enough, with castles and Mayan ruins and jungle, a tree with steam coming out of it, and snow falling below moss-covered towers.

But as we passed the Science Fiction museum, things got strange. That's when the flying purple dragon we were riding stopped moving and the screen turned white.

"Say a prayer because we're going over a border," said the spiky-haired tour guide wearing leather pants. "We are going from Indigo to Olive.
